These Terms govern the use of services provided by ArgonVentures LLC (“ALMATIQ Wellness Studio”) located in North Carolina. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.
A $25 deposit is required to confirm your session. Deposits are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
All services are wellness-focused, non-medical, and non-invasive. Results vary per individual. Our AI-powered devices are designed to promote relaxation and recovery, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Clients agree to disclose relevant health information and follow all studio guidelines. Services may be refused if contraindications exist.

By participating in any ALMATIQ service, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and assume all responsibility for your health and well-being during and after the session.
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. No refunds for no-shows.
